This policy describes the information practices of the current Newtown Square North website. The site provides plaza information and public business directory listings.
Business directory information
Business names, descriptions, hours, storefront addresses, business contact details, websites, social links, promotions, images and videos may be displayed when supplied or otherwise confirmed for public use.
Private submission metadata and personal information supplied for administrative follow-up are not published as part of the directory.
Contact enquiries
The online plaza enquiry form remains disabled until an official form endpoint and contact process are configured. While disabled, information entered into the form is not submitted by this website.
When enquiry routing is activated, this policy must be updated to identify the recipient, purpose, retention period and available privacy choices before collection begins.
External services and links
Business pages may link to third-party websites, email services, social networks and Google Maps. Those services operate under their own privacy terms. If the Google Maps Embed API is enabled, map content is loaded from Google when the map enters the page.
The current website does not include advertising pixels or a site analytics service. This policy must be revised before either is introduced.
Data accuracy and corrections
Businesses may request corrections to their public directory information through the verified plaza contact process once it is published. The website does not use missing information as a basis for inferred business claims.
